Why Spread The Love Nut Butter Works Perfectly in This Recipe
Our NAKED Organic Peanut Butter is the perfect base for this Dan Dan-inspired cold noodle sauce because it adds a rich, creamy texture and naturally nutty flavor that ties all of the bold ingredients together. It helps balance the tangy black vinegar, savory soy sauce, and oyster sauce, aromatic sesame oil, and spicy chili oil, creating a silky sauce.
Its smooth, drizzleable texture makes it easy to whisk into sauces, marinades, dressings, and noodle bowls without clumping or overpowering the dish. This recipe adds body and depth while letting the other flavors shine.
Christina loves this for her athletes because it's a delicious way to get heart-healthy unsaturated fats and key micronutrients for recovery found in peanuts, such as Magnesium, Vitamin E, and Copper.
