Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer standard refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or dislike the flavor profile.

To protect the health and safety of our customers and team, we cannot accept physical returns of food products under any circumstances. Please do not mail products back.

Discretionary Case-by-Case Exceptions

We pride ourselves on the quality of our clean-label products and the satisfaction of our community. While we maintain a strict "all sales final" policy, we review exceptional circumstances on a strict case-by-case basis.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@spreadthelovefoods.com.

To help us review your request, your email must include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • High-resolution photographic evidence of the product and packaging (mandatory for all claims regarding damage, leakage, or defects).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives severely damaged, broken, or defective due to transit, we will evaluate the situation.

  • No Guarantees: Reaching out to customer service does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit. Every resolution is determined at the sole discretion of our team based on the evidence provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Spread The Love LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer during checkout. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our delivery obligation is fulfilled. We recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring a secure delivery location.

Subscriptions and Sale Items

  • Subscriptions: Subscription renewals must be canceled prior to the billing date. Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased on promotion, clearance, or using specific promotional discount codes are strictly final sale and ineligible for any form of discretionary credit or replacement.
