Oil separation is natural especially on nut butters that don’t have palm oil. Make sure to give your nut butter a good stir before using.
Just give the jar a good shake for a couple of minutes. Then, open up the jar and stir with a butter knife. If it is still difficult to stir in the jar, take the content out of the jar into a bowl. Then stir for another few minutes. Be patient, you will taste love soon.
Our nut butters can be stored in a cool, dry place like a pantry. We like to store it upside down if we know we won't be using the jar for a while.
Our jams can be stored in the pantry before opening. After opening, place in the refrigerator.
Palm oil is a non-hydrogenated oil that is used by other nut butter companies to prevent oil separation. We don’t use palm oil because we believe it is excessive and unnecessary.
