How do I earn points?

Earn points for every dollar you spend with us. Or earn points by following us on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Even receive points for product reviews submitted!

HOW CAN I REDEEM POINTS?

Converting points to discounts is easy. Simply visit our Rewards page, go to the ‘Redeem Rewards’ section and select Redeem against available rewards. Please note that rewards cannot be redeemed on Wholesale orders.

Can I use rewards on a wholesale order?

No, coupons cannot be redeemed on any of the products in our Wholesale catalog.

Can I use rewards on a subscription order?

Yes, please redeem your rewards and copy the discount code.

  • Go to your Account then click "Manage Subscriptions"
  • Go to the Subscriptions tab
  • Select the subscription you want to apply the discount to. (Only one discount code per item subscription)
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Discount.
  • Paste the discount code and click Add Discount to confirm.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?

No, points will not expire. However, coupon codes created by redeeming points will expire within one year.

DO COUPONS EXPIRE?

Yes, coupons redeemed using loyalty points expire within 365 days. If you redeem a coupon and it expires, we will not add the points back to your account and the points will be lost.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, you can only use one coupon per order. Coupons cannot be combined with any other promo or sale.
