My goal is to eat healthier and travel more.
Eat better, exercise and travel more, spread love and reconnect with old friends.
My New Years Resolution was to not make one. Instead, I want to experience life in the now and incorporate more intuitive living into my life to help heal my nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and give my mind and body the respect and space it needs to fuel me toward my future. I don’t see the value of continuously putting pressure on myself and my body as I used to after recovering from a severe chronic illness, now I just want to trust that I can build my future without so much anxiety and putting myself through a lot of extra stress I do not need! Happy 2024!

My goal is to stop being so judgemental! To understand where someone else is coming from and let those small things go…
