Jar of Raspberry Mousse

This Raspberry Mousse is light, luscious, and full of berry flavor. Made with fresh raspberries and Spread The Love Raspberry Artisan Jam, it’s a simple yet delectable dessert topped with crushed cookies and a hint of mint for a refreshing finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries + more for serving
  • 2 ½ tbsp. Spread The Love RASPBERRY Artisan Jam
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Crushed graham crackers or spiced shortbread cookies
  • Fresh mint, optional

Method

  • Step 1 -
    Add raspberries, jam and heavy cream to a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer on high speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2 -
    Transfer mousse to the fridge and allow to chill for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3 -
    Once ready to serve, divide crushed cookies into the bottoms of 4 dessert bowls. Spoon raspberry mousse into each bowl, then top with more fresh berries, crushed cookies, and an extra swirl of jam or fresh mint, if desired.
  • Step 4 -
    This recipe can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and tastes best after chilling overnight.
