This fried brie recipe is a party in your mouth with the perfect combination of flavors. We paired our RASPBERRY Artisan Jam with creamy brie cheese and ripe tomatoes, topped with fresh basil and balsamic glaze. This simple and easy appetizer will be a party favorite and have everyone going in for seconds.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 10 oz. pack medley or grape tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • RASPBERRY Artisan Jam
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  • Balsamic glaze
  • 1 Baguette

Method

  • Step 1 -
    Heat oil + tomatoes in cast iron, med-high heat.
  • Step 2 -
    Add garlic, salt, RASPBERRY Artisan Jam. Stir
  • Step 3 -
    Insert brie wheel into center. Heat ‘til melted through.
  • Step 4 -
    Top w/ basil, balsamic glaze.
  • Step 5 -
    Serve warm w/ sliced baguette.
