  • Step 1 -
    Add ingredients to your machine bread pan according to your specific bread maker’s instructions. For this recipe, we added liquid ingredients first, followed by a mound of bread flour with the salt and yeast placed on top.
  • Step 2 -
    Place the bread pan into the machine and close the lid.
  • Step 3 -
    Select the basic dough cycle as well as your preferred crust darkness.
  • Step 4 -
    Allow the machine to complete baking, then remove the pan with oven mitts. Gently turn the pan over to remove your bread, using a butter knife to gently loosen if needed.
  • Step 5 -
    Place bread on a cooling rack to cool to room temperature before slicing.
