This recipe is for those of you who are looking for a new way to use our BASIC Cashew Butter. We've combined it with garlic, chives, and whole cashews for a spread that's perfect for dipping or spreading on sandwiches. This recipe is a perfect way to add flavor to any dish you can imagine!

Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, roasted
  • ½ cup whole cashews
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp. milk
  • ½ cup BASIC Cashew Butter
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp. diced chives
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

  • Step 1 -
    Squeeze garlic from skins. Add to blender w/ cashews + milk.
  • Step 2 -
    Blend ‘til smooth.
  • Step 3 -
    Add rest of ingredients, blend.
  • Step 4 -
    Transfer to serving bowl, top w/ chives.
  • Step 5 -
    Use as spread or dip.
