Taste every color of the rainbow with this refreshing smoothie bowl! Jam-packed with plenty of fruit, veggies, fiber and protein, this bowl is sure to keep you satiated all morning long. For an extra crunch, enjoy with a sprinkle of Spread the Love Almond Butter Granola.
- 3 cups frozen Strawberries
- 2 large frozen Bananas
- 3 Tbsp Spread The Love® ALMOND CASHEW Power Butter
- 2 tbsp. ground flax meal
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 kiwi
- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 4 fresh strawberries
- About 20 blueberries
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- Cutting board
Step 1 -Begin by peeling and dicing the kiwi, orange and mango into small pieces and set aside. Remove stems from the fresh strawberries and dice, then set aside with the rest of the fruits and the blueberries.
Step 2 -Combine frozen strawberries, bananas, power butter, flax meal, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides of the blender and stir the mixture as needed to get a nice, smooth consistency. Add another splash of milk if needed to keep things moving.
Step 3 -Divide the mixture between two bowls, then begin assembling the fresh fruits into rainbow arches, starting with the strawberry pieces, followed by the orange, mango, kiwi and blueberries.
Step 4 -Sprinkle some shredded coconut at the end of your rainbow to form a cloud shape. Then, drizzle with extra Spread the Love Almond Butter or Power Butter and enjoy!
