Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Spread The Love® NAKED Organic Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp oats
Method

Step 1 -
Preheat oven to 350° F -
Step 2 -
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir just until combined. -
Step 3 -
Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes so the flour can absorb some of the moisture. -
Step 4 -
Pour the batter into a large resealable plastic bag or piping bag. -
Step 5 -
If using a resealable bag, cut a small corner off to work the batter through. -
Step 6 -
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, begin piping the batter into small 1/2-inch sized cookies, about 1 inch apart. -
Step 7 -
Place the cookies in the oven and bake for 6 minutes. -
Step 8 -
Remove from oven, then gently press a fork into the top of each cookie, creating a crosshatch pattern. -
Step 9 -
Return the cookies from the oven, and bake for an additional 7-9 minutes or until golden and crunchy. -
Step 10 -
Remove from oven, allow to cool, and serve in a giant bowl of your favorite milk!
