Ingredients
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 5 slices thick cut bacon, cut in half
- 1 tsp. salt + ½ tsp. black pepper
- 5 slices White Cheddar Cheese
- 5 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- Spread The Love NAKED Organic Peanut Butter + MARIONBERRY Artisan Jam for serving
- Dill Pickle Chips for serving
Method

Step 1 -
Cook bacon according to package instructions and set aside. -
Step 2 -
Preheat oven to 350°. Form the ground beef into 5 patties, leaving a slight dimple in the center to prevent the patties from shrinking. Each should be slightly larger than the buns. -
Step 3 -
Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper, then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°, or to desired doneness. -
Step 4 -
Assemble sliders with cheese, bacon, peanut butter and jam and top with pickles if desired.
