Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup Spread The Love® UNSALTED Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. Coconut oil
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ cup miniature chocolate chips
Method

Step 1 -
Add the oats to a large skillet and toast over medium heat until fragrant, stirring occasionally. -
Step 2 -
Once the oats have cooled, transfer to a large bowl. Add in almond butter, honey, vanilla, coconut oil and salt and stir until oats are evenly coated. -
Step 3 -
Fold in the chocolate chips, then scoop about 1 ½ tbsp. at a time and roll into a ball. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and repeat with remainder of batter until you have 10-12 cookies. -
Step 4 -
Lightly grease the bottom of a drinking glass with a neutral oil, then gently press down onto each ball to form into a cookie shape. -
Step 5 -
Transfer cookies to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before enjoying. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
