Chocolate Hazelnut Coconut Cream Mousse

Indulge your taste buds with the irresistible combination of chocolate, hazelnut, and coconut in our decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Coconut Cream Mousse. Made with love and our signature CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT Dessert Butter, this dessert is guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth!


  • 2 cups coconut cream (recommended to use the cream off 2 cans of coconut milk)
  • ½ cup Spread The Love CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT Dessert Butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup hazelnuts, soaked in water in the fridge overnight
  • 3 tbsp. cacao powder
  • ½ cup pitted dates
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3-4 squares dark chocolate for serving
  • Extra coconut cream for serving
  • Fresh berries for serving (optional)


  • Step 1 -
    Drain the soaked hazelnuts, then add coconut cream, CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT Dessert Butter, vanilla, syrup, hazelnuts, cacao powder, dates and salt to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Step 2 -
    Transfer the mousse to a medium bowl and cover in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 3 -
    Once ready to serve, divide into 4 serving dishes, then top with shaved chocolate pieces, an extra scoop of coconut cream and fresh berries if desired.
