There's no better way to turn your favorite Spread The Love RASPBERRY Jam into a delicious treat, than with this Chocolate Covered Raspberry Jam Date Bar Recipe. The result is a jam-packed bar of dates and chocolate that'll leave you wondering why you'd ever eat anything else. Bursting with bold fruit flavor and crunchy texture, these bars are the perfect sweet treat!



  • Step 1 -
    Place the pitted dates and peanuts into a food processor and blend until small crumbles form. If dates are fresh, you will only need 12-14 dates. If dates are dry, you may need 15-17 dates.
  • Step 2 -
    Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 3 -
    Spread the RASPBERRY Artisan Jam over the date/nut base.
  • Step 4 -
    Melt 3/4 of the chocolate bar and cover jam with melted chocolate. Place the pan into the freezer for 20 minutes
  • Step 5 -
    Remove and cut into bars. Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle over bars. Return to freezer until chocolate is solid.
  • Step 6 -
    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
