Blueberry Cinnamon Oat Waffles
Celebrate National Waffle Day with us! Fill your home with the sweet smell of fresh waffles. One of our faves is @emmamariehyslop’s Blueberry Cinnamon Oat Waffles topped with Spread The Love® UNSALTED Almond Butter.
"Got myself a new waffle maker last week so prepare yourselves to see a lot of them. My blueberry cinnamon oat waffles where the first babies to bless my iron."
1/2 cup oat flour
2 Tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp oat milk
1/4 cup frozen blueberries.
1 Tbsp coconut yogurt
1 peach, sliced
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp hemp seeds
1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until smooth.
2. Add to your waffle iron. Place on a plate when done.
3. Top with coconut yogurt, almond butter, peaches, maple, and hemp. Serve!
