Almond Butter & Jam Overnight Oats

This healthy and hearty breakfast is the perfect way to enjoy oats all summer long! Our version makes enough oats for our family of four - but this recipe can easily be reduced or doubled depending on how many portions you need.




  • Step 1 -
    In a large jar or medium bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, 1/4 cup almond butter, and maple syrup or honey, stirring until combined.
  • Step 2 -
    Add the oats and stir until oats are completely moistened.
  • Step 3 -
    Cover jar or bowl completely, and store in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours).
  • Step 4 -
    To serve, top each serving with 1 tbsp Marionberry jam, an extra drizzle of almond butter, berries, sliced almonds, and a pinch of salt if desired. Enjoy!
