Indulge in the perfect balance of sweet and tart with these quick and easy Air Fryer Marionberry Bagels. The air fryer gives them a crispy, golden exterior while keeping the inside soft and chewy. Topped with cream cheese or butter and a generous dollop of our rich, fruity jam, they’re a treat that’s bursting with flavor in every bite.
Add flour and yogurt to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2 -
Roughly spread the dough around the bottom of the bowl and drop 3 teaspoons of marionberry jam in a few different areas. Use a spatula to gently fold the dough over the jam to lightly incorporate, being careful not to overmix.
Step 3 -
Lightly flour a kitchen surface and knead the dough to incorporate the jam a bit more. You should be able to see small areas of jam distributed all throughout.
Step 4 -
Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll each out into a sausage shape, 8-9 inches long. Form each into a bagel shape, giving the dough a bit of a twist before sealing at the edges – this will help the bagels retain their shape during cooking.
Step 5 -
Lightly brush each bagel with butter and line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place a few bagels into the basket, leaving about an inch of space between each. You will need to cook in a few different batches.
Step 6 -
Air fry the bagels at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until bagels are golden brown. Slice and enjoy with some cream cheese and extra marionberry jam! Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
