As you may know, Giving Tuesday is celebrated the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and is a way for us to show how gratitude by dedicating our time and efforts to help give back to our community. One of the major issues that affects the Los Angeles area is homelessness.
Did you know that there are at least 63,000 people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles? This number has gone up by 3% since 2019.
When Zach and Val started Spread The Love®, they made it a point to give back to their community, because love is what fuels this business. Since then, they have started the Spread The Love Forward initiative, which raises money to feed the homeless, partner with charity organizations and provide scholarships to at-risk students.
