We LOVE our Spread The Love Fam and want to highlight our AMAZING customers' recipes. We hosted a recipe contest in April and gave away a variety of Spread The Love products to the winner. Our winner, Molly (@munchwithmojo) made this delicious recipe - Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cashew Butter Balls. Here's how to make it:
1. Mix 1 cup BASIC Cashew Butter with 1 tbsp of maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add 1 cup mini Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into the bowl. Using a spoon (and clean hands), and mixed everything together. After lining a plate with tinfoil, wet hands with a little water and roll the mixture into little balls and place on the tinfoil.
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Melt a cup of semi sweet chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and dip the balls into the chocolate. Freeze for another 2-3 hrs or overnight, and ENJOY!
