My goal is to hike more
A few of my goals for the New Year are more quality family time, more time in nature, and more daily steps!
Embracing a building phase with my bodybuilding career it will be physically hard but also mentally tough I know. However this is needed for me to get closer to a goal of one day going PRO. And so thankful for an amazing Coach and team (BA) to guide me through this.
My new year’s resolution/ goal is to find a job that has a positive environment and a good work life balance. Also to stay consistent with eating healthy and working out
One important resolution of mine is to regain weight. As a vegan it’s important to maintain a healthy weight especially when you’re active. So I aim to fix my eating habits affected by stress so I can get my gains back!
