My new years resolution is to get in touch with my creative side and try new things, whether itâs taking a pottery class, glass blowing or baking a complex dessert. I want to say âyesâ to new opportunities and get out of my comfort zone!
I really really want to break my addiction to diet soda! I was diagnosed with osteopenia, and I believe diet soda has been a contributing cause. I also want to eat a better diet, with maybe more bone building nutrients!
