As we all know, 2021 was a hard year. In fact, it was an exhausting one! That is why, at Spread The Love® Foods we want to remind you how important it is to take time for yourself to reset!
We want to remind our Spread The Love fam that your mental health and well being are super important and it's ok to take a little time to yourself. Every year, we create pressure for ourselves to set super ambitious and sometimes unachievable new year's resolutions. Often, we end up disappointed when we don't reach those goals. This year, maybe the best resolution that you can make is to just be kind to yourself and rest.
We are inspired by amazing female athletes who are at the top of their game, like Naomi Osaka and Simone Biles, who both took a stand this year and said that their mental health was far too important to compromise. Like them, we suggest that our customers prioritize themselves. Here is a list of easy things that you can do this month to keep yourself feeling calm and collected:
1) Meditate once a day
2) Get cozy with one of your old favorite movies on the couch
3) Get a hug and give a hug
4) Spend some time with a loved one
5) Volunteer some time
6) Cook an easy and healthy dish for yourself
Whatever you end up doing, just know that we love you and appreciate you!
