2022 Spread The Love Forward Scholarship Recipients

We started our Spread The Love Forward Scholarship two years ago as a way to give back to the community. Each year we award students from high schools in Racine, Wisconsin with a $1,000 scholarship to help further their education. This year was special because we were in Wisconsin and we were able to meet the recipients and their families at dinner. Together, we were able to celebrate their amazing accomplishments.

We are excited to introduce our five outstanding recipients of the 2022 Spread The Love Forward Scholarship.

Erik Rojas (Park High School): Erik cares deeply for his community and developed a passion for community service after his mom encouraged him to participate in activities at the Dr. John Bryant Community Center. He is a first-generation college student and will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Daniel Venegas (Horlick High School): Daniel turned his hobby of fixing cars with his dad into a goal of going to engineering school. He will be attending the Milwaukee School of Engineering this fall. Daniel said he developed a passion for engineering after taking part in a six-week summer camp through the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Philip Allen Jr. (Case High School): Philip is an outstanding student. He will attend Purdue and plans to study motorsport engineering.

Christajah Mullins (Horlick High School): Christajah’s goal is to give back to the people who need it most.  Mullins plans to study early childhood development at Gateway Technical College because she has always had a passion for working with children. Throughout her life Christajah has been able to persevere through hard times in order to succeed beyond her goals.

Julitza Ramirez (Horlick High School): Jultiza is a role model for her two younger sisters and her goal is to give back to her community which has helped her throughout her life. Julitza will study nursing at Gateway Community College and is a first-generation college student.

We want to thank YOU for your continued support that allows us to spread the love forward in a very special way. Also, a big thanks to our five amazing recipients for being a special part of this community. We wish you luck in all your endeavors!

Keep Spreading The Love.
