Ingredients
- 1 large apple, cored
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 3-inch long pieces
- 1 small handful spinach*
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1 banana, cut into 2-inch pieces and frozen
- 6 strawberries, green tops removed
- 2 tbsp Spread The Love® NAKED Organic Peanut Butter
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- *We usually keep the spinach to a small handful, because our kids don’t like it when the smoothie turns green, but if you don’t mind a greenish hue, feel free to add more!
- Optional Toppings
- Your favorite granola
- Sliced fruit for decoration

Step 1 -
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high-powered blender, and blend for 1-2 minutes on high until smooth and creamy (or, if you’re using a Vitamix, use the “smoothie” setting).
