Pan Fried Spicy Peanut Garlic Tofu

Tofu, high in protein with all of the amino acids your body needs including a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. Super easy to cook with too! Recipe contributed by @eats.of.ems

INGREDIENTS:

14 oz tofu

1 Tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp sriracha

2 tsp dijon mustard

1 Tbsp Spread The Love® NAKED Organic Peanut Butter

dash of sesame oil

few shakes of garlic powder

few shakes of ginger powder

METHOD:

1. slice tofu into 10ish thin slabs

2. let dry wrapped in paper towel for a few mins

3. marinate tofu with all of ingredients

4. pan fry on each side until crispy n’ golden
