What's in This Product?

Two ingredients: raspberries and organic cane sugar. No pectin, no preservatives, no artificial flavors, no sweeteners.

Why no pectin?

Most commercial jams use pectin as a cheap thickener. We chose not to. Getting our jam to set naturally without it took real work — the fruit wasn't thickening the way we needed — but we kept our standard.

Two ingredients. That's it.

    Love it!

    Delicious and tasty jam

    Overall a very delicious jam - only raspberries and sugar! If nit-picking things, I think I'd prefer a bit less dense mixture but I still can't fault it much for that as it's just great-tasting overall.
