Almond Cashew Sauce

Need a sauce that's sweet, salty, and spicy all at once? This Almond Cashew Sauce is a great way to add a little extra flavor to any dish! It's perfect for drizzling over vegetables, salad dressing, or even on top of rice - the possibilities are endless! Plus, it's super easy to make using our ALMOND CASHEW Power Butter.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup. low sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ cup ALMOND CASHEW Power Butter
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs. lime juice
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Warm water to thin

Method

  • Step 1 -
    Add everything to bowl, stir.
  • Step 2 -
    Add water, 1 tbsp. at a time to reach desired consistency.
  • Step 3 -
    Store leftover sauce in fridge + airtight container.
