Almond Flax Satay Sauce
To celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, we are posting tasty and easy-to-make Asian recipes shared by our friends and family. Celebrate with us by cooking and enjoying all the different flavors.
1 1/4 cup coconut cream
1 cup Spread The Love Almond Flax Power Butter
1/3 cup red curry paste
2/3 cup coconut sugar
4 tbsp tamarind juice
1/2 tsp salt
1. Combine all ingredients into a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and allow to simmer until combined and thickened (about 5 mins). Once thickened, turn off heat.
2. Serve over chicken, beef, tofu or any hearty vegetables.
