Our customers are looking for more versatility, more customization (ability to swap proteins or starches), more meal formats (cooking kits vs. ready to heat). Our team has been responsive to customer behavioral shifts by diversifying the menu across all food product categories: we recently launched a chef’s table/ premium meal for special occasions, expanded our proteins add-ons to offer more upgrades and swap and expanded our lunch selection in the marketplace.
